Brotherhood: I will treat the men in this group with respect, honor, and trust.

Confidentiality: I will hold anything that might be considered personal, private, or vulnerable that is shared in this brotherhood in confidentiality. I am free to share my own experience, but I will respect the confidentiality of the experience of the other men in the group.

Presence: I will hold our online community and our live calls as if we were in person, showing up with full presence and with a sense of the sacred.

Responsibility: I will use our online space to engage, ask questions, share wins, challenges and insights, and connect with the group. I will refrain from using it to “dump a charge” (i.e. complain, rant, rage, project, triangulate, etc.) on another brother or leader of this community.

Advice and Feedback: I will ask permission before giving advice or feedback. I will wait for an answer and will honor it. If the person is open, I will share fearlessly and with heart.
