FIREKEEPER IS AN ADVANCED FACILITATOR TRAINING FOR LEADERS OF MEN

If you’re ready to discover, refine, and embody your unique leadership style so you can confidently give the world your deepest gifts, you've come to the right place.

Firekeeper is an 8-month program designed for men who want to teach the art of embodied masculine leadership.

Through deep personal practice, a community of men who will demand the best of you, and guidance from the Thirteen Pines team, you will cultivate the tools, resources, and depth to curate powerful experiences that transform lives and the world.

HOW THIS PROGRAM WORKS

Firekeeper is an experiential training program for men who are committed to cultivating their own unique style of masculine leadership. This program is more like a traditional apprenticeship rather than a generic one-size-fits-all solution you find in typical facilitator training programs. Each participant will be challenged to develop, deepen, and refine their particular set of practice, skills, and processes that embody their personal transmission of this work.

PHASE 1:
FOUNDATIONS OF MASCULINE LEADERSHIP

The first three months of Firekeeper will be focused on building the foundations of both your personal practice and facilitation of group work.

The first month will include an in-person, nature-based retreat. This retreat will be focused on establishing the container, building brotherhood with your fellow paricipant-leaders, and will have a particular focus on sharpening your masculine transmission.

Yoou will also begin crafting a unique offering that you will be required to present to the world by the end of the program.

PHASE 2:
REAL-WORLD LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE 

During Phase Two, Firekeeper's will be assigned various leadership roles in our 4-month foundational men's program Elemental.

You will get real-world experience leading other men in a sacred container.

Your responsibilities may include: leading mentor groups, supporting participants one-on-one, teaching practices, assisting main group calls, and assisting at the two in-person retreats.

There may be additional opportunities to lead practices in-person, depending on the depth of your personal practice and development.

PHASE 3:
GIVING YOUR UNIQUE GIFTS TO THE WORLD 

By the end of the program, you will lead your own personal offering for men in the world.

You will have an opportunity to develop and refine this offering with the Thirteen Pines leadership team and your fellow practitioners throughout our time together.

You will complete Phase Three with the confidence, skillset, and structure to offer life-changing experiences for men.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

  • 8 Leadership Track Calls:  Exclusive calls with Thirteen Pines to refine your teaching and leadership skills. You will learn about how to develop practices, hold powerful structure, building sacred containers, retreat organization, and more.

  • 4 One-On-One Calls: Direct 1:1 mentorship with a member of Thirteen Pines where you will work on personal goals, feedback, and objectives for your teaching/leadership.

  • 3 In-Person Retreats:  Three life-changing retreats where you will have the opportunity to go deep in your personal practice, develop your leadership in real-time, and build a brotherhood with men who are here to leave an impact.

  • Elemental Program Leadership: You will receive a free tuition to Elemental - our five month foundational leadership program. In addition to participating in the progam, you will be responsible for assisting in leading/mentoring the men in Elemental.

  • Personal Leadership Message Thread: Direct line to the Thirteen Pines team to receive feedback/ask questions about practice, leadership, your offering, men’s groups, coaching, etc.

  • The Lodge:  Free access to the Thirteen Pines online community, featuring weekly practice calls, mentorship circles, courses, guides, and everything you need to grow as a holistic and embodied man.

  • Behind-The-Scenes Access: An opportunity to drop-in on select program, practice, retreat planning and other meetings for a fly-on-the wall experience of how Thirteen Pines operates.

ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS

  • This program is made for men who are complete beginners as well as men who have been facilitating groups for years.

    Your path in Firekeeper will be adjusted based on your experience, goals, and desires.

    What is more important than experience is a commitment, devotion to your own work, and a willingness to learn.

  • Most men's facilitator trainings offer generic, one-sized-fits-all ways of working with men, completely bypassing what differentiates us - our unique transmission.

    They also completely overstep the importance of embodied, somatic practice as a vehicle for personal growth, healing, and lasting transformation.

    It isn't enough to sit around and talk about our struggles, dreams, and desires - in order to enact change at the deepest level, we must re-pattern our nervous system and the physical structure of our body.

    We won't just talk about leadership - we will embody it. You will get time on the mat learning how to lead as a conscious masculine being.

    As a team, Thirteen Pines brings 40+ years of collective experience in the transformational space, integrating a a wide variety of modalities and approaches to working with men.
